Name of the contest: "[CONTEST] My Skill is My Power || Season-12. Skills are like a key to a lock. Skill is the power that helps people reach the pinnacle of success. Without skill, even a thousand attempts will not open the door to success. A person cannot be good at everything. I will share my cooking skills with you through this competition. I invite @drasma @mona01 @shawlin to share their skills with us through this contest.
Gourds are at the top of the list of healthy vegetables. The gourd is full of various qualities. Although gourd is available in the market throughout the year, demand for this vegetable peaks in summer. There is no comparison to gourd to keep the body cool and to meet the water needs of the body. Gourd with hot rice and shrimp is good. Delicious vegetable gourd. The body reaps numerous benefits from it. Many bahari padas can be made with gourd. Today I will share with you a gourd shrimp recipe. This recipe is very tasty with little spices. Although not everyone likes other dishes of gourd, gourd prawns are loved by everyone, young and old.

Cooking Method
Step 1:
Gourds should be peeled and sliced into small pieces. Then wash it well with water and drain the water. Wash the shrimp well and put salt and turmeric on it for a while.
2nd Step:
I put a pan on the stove. Cubed onions and green chilies are added to hot oil in a pan. Fry the chopped onions until light brown and add the cleaned prawns. Then add ginger paste, turmeric powder, half a teaspoon of chili powder, and a little water and grind it well.
3rd Step:
After grinding the spices, I will add the cut gourd at this stage. gourd should be mixed well with spices. Water will start coming out of the gourd. I will cover it for a while to cook the gourd.
4th Step:
Stir the gourd well and mix with the spices and prawns. Add a cup of water to boil the gourd and prawns well. Then cover and cook for some time.
5th Step:
Now the gourd and prawns are cooked and the broth has thickened. I added a few green chilies and coriander leaves to give a nice aroma to the gourd prawns.
6th Step:
Now cook for two to three minutes. Then gourd shrimp recipe will be ready.

I became very hungry when I saw this food, I came back from lectures and I have been so busy to prepare a meal that will be satiable. I wish I could get sometime of this kind but it seems the ingredients may not be found in my location with ease.
