These skin care ingredients have amazing benefits for skin care and also for hair care. The egg contains such minerals and vitamins which are essential for the growth of hair. The vitamins like vitamin A, vitamin D , and B are present in it. The egg contains such minerals like zinc and iron which can provide benefits for skin.
The egg is rich in protein which is helpful to strengthen the hair and also help in the healthy growth of hair. For the nourishment and moisturizing the hair egg is the best natural product.
The protein in the egg is helpful to tighten the skin and to reduce the fine line appearance. If we use egg in our skin care it will nourish and moisturize our skin. It is also helpful to minimize the open pores.

In the last days I have been using a hair mask in which I used egg and this hair mask has amazing benefits for the growth of hair and make them shiny.
Ingredients
The following ingredients are used in this hair mask.
•1 egg
•2 tea spoons of honey
•2 tea spoons of olive oil
•2 tea spoons of caster oil
How to make and application
Add an egg into a bowl and after that add these ingredients according to the amount which I have mentioned above. Mix all the ingredients well and when a smooth mixture will ready, apply it into the roots of our hair, leave for 30 minutes and then wash your hair with a herbal shampoo.
