The skin care is very important for everyone, if someone has clear skin it gives us comfort and relaxation and make us good look. The second name of gram flour is Basan, it's function as exfoliator which is helpful to closed the open pores. The gram flour is suitable for every skin type whether it is oily, dry and even mixed.A simple face mask can be made by using gram flour with water or rose water.The gram flour is well known because of its characteristics to lighten up the skin tone and remove the dead skin cells.
Hair care
If we talk about hair care, the gram flour can be used as a natural conditioner. The gram flour is beneficial to remove excess oil from the scalps and gives us a fresh hair texture. The gram flour is well known because of its characteristics such it is used to promote hair growth and helpful to reduce the hair fall. The essential nutrients in the gram flour such as proteins and vitamins as are essential for the health of hair. If we use gram flour in our daily routine it will give us to strengthen the hair and promote hair growth.
The natural DIY work a lot as the natural ingredients are used in the remedies.
Gram flour 2 table spoon
sugar 1 table spoon
Honey 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder
Take a bowl, add all the ingredients one by one according to the amounts give above. When a smooth mixture will be ready to apply. Apply mixture on your face leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. After that Rinse off with lekuwarm water.
