Best Tooth Paste For Teeth Cleaning.

Dear steemians, I hope you are well and taking good care of your teeth. I am also perfectly well, by the grace of Allah, and I take care of my teeth regularly. In this regard, I have appeared on this blog so that I can also participate in this contest that is organized by @shahidalinaz. Teeth are a blessing for us from Allah Almighty, and we should fully appreciate this blessing. First of all, we should thank Allah Almighty. Allah Ta'ala have given us complete teeth. Let us think for a moment that if we didn't have teeth, we would appear to? How would we eat food? etc., which would have been very tight and difficult for us.

How Many Times a Day Do You Brush Your Teeth to Keep Your Teeth Clean?

I can't give a fixed answer to this question because it depends on the time and circumstances. Normaly, I brush my teeth once a day, but sometimes when I take something extra or something new, it disturbs me, so I have to brush my teeth again. In such situations, I brush my teeth twice. I do, and sometimes, when I am quite busy at home, I miss a day when I don't brush my teeth, but the answer from the book is that on an average day, I brush my teeth once.

What's your favorite toothpaste for cleaning teeth?

By the way, there is no particular toothpaste that I can call my favorite, but since the beginning, I have used two to three brands of toothpaste creams, including Sensodyne and Colgate, and the cream I am using now is medicam because I found it to be a good toothpaste and its results are good. A small amount is enough for me, so I can say medicine is my favorite, but in the future I can replace it with something else.
