The Debate (Week 24); Unlimited wealth is more important than unlimited knowledge

Hello my fellow steemians friends around the world, hope you are all doing fine. This week brings us to a great debate topic,which is between unlimited wealth and unlimited knowledge, at first when I saw the debate topic, I smiled, cause this is one topic, I've argued about with my friend some years back and we all had different opinions,while I know many of us would have a lot of reasons for choosing either of them just like I have mine.

Wealth and knowledge are very powerful tools when it comes to exercising power in the world today and there are both very important, then imagine having one of it in full abundance, which there is no limit to it. Well, my fellow steemians and friends, I would choose unlimited wealth over unlimited knowledge

A lot of people won't be surprised by my choice,because it is what most people will definitely choose, have you ever reason what you can do with a lot of money, how many people could feel your existence cause of the great impact you will carry, In today's world people tends to honor people with wealth than knowledge, cause basically what can knowledge do to help, then there comes you whose wealth will never run out. Few comparison would help you understand better

• Help to the Society
  How can your unlimited knowledge affect the community positively like how would it help people in need,especially hungry, homeless people,but with my wealth I can choose to support people in need, buy them cloths, put them in shelter, even help the sick too, we can see that we do not have a good hospital facilities in my country Nigeria, so you can only build it with money, help the educational system by building good schools and making it free for student to learn, cause without it, how would people even gain the knowledge , people in today's world just admire great knowledge but that does not mean it can be compared to great wealth

• As form of power
  They all say knowledge is power, at some point I could agree to that, but not a form of power when compared with wealth, take a look at our world today, which gives most influence on something, people with money tends to control everything around, at some point people with knowledge will even work for them

In conclusion, possessing unlimited knowledge without wealth is like waste, but possessing unlimited wealth is not.

Having unlimited wealth would not request great knowledge to use the wealth, we can see how illiterate (no offense) who have money does not need great knowledge or do not even have it, but they still can use their money wisely, but when it comes to unlimited knowledge, the case is different, if a research can be carried out, you will find great men who has knowledge about something, which could not carry it out because of lack of money dies with their knowledge.

Wealth could be transferred, or inherited which will continue to be a blessing to people and the community as a whole, but when it come to knowledge, when you die, you are gone with what you possess.

In fact in today's world, the only reason people go to school to acquire knowledge is for them to gained money, school eventually becomes a waste if you can't use what you learnt to make money, cause knowledge won't give you what to eat, but money will, that's the simplest ideology behind everything, that's why when they graduate and have no job, they would say "school is scam".

However, with the following point of mine, I hope have been able to convince you and not to confuse you that Unlimited money is more important than unlimited knowledge. Thank you
