The Debate (6); Why buying a house first is better than buying a car first
Introduction
Good day steemians, hope we are all doing great. This contest theme is a welcomed one as it will open our eyes to understand which comes first before the other, most times we forget that something's are necessary but are not important, these contest theme tries to unravel it. Special thanks to @sahmie for this contest
Buying a house first is a Yes for me.
Owning a house and also owning a car is very good, but I think that one amongs them has more Value when compared and it has to be owning a house.
I choose buying a house for so many reasons, not that owning a car is bad but having a roof over your head is a priority that every responsible human should implement.
Now with the following points,we would understand why I choose buying a house over buying a car first.
When you own a house, there's every tendency that the house would appreciate within some time but it's not same with buying a car,why because a car is subject to depreciation.
Secondly,I believe that there's nothing as good as having a place of your own where you can rest your head,a place where no landlord will have to stress you unnecessarily. And in turn, you can always get a car any time, you might even get it as a gift.
A house has more value and as such should come first, but when you buy a car, though we don't pray for bad things to happen,it might get involved in an accident that It would go beyond repair.
Home ownership makes the achievement of other things easier as you are also building wealth in the process. House appreciates& car depreciates.
There's an adage that says"a man's house is his castle"
it didn't say a man's Bugatti, let's be guided in making choices.
To me, it's very very sad seeing a lot of people driving the best cars in town, but do not have a place to call their home (very bad) I biging to wonder if they do it for fun or whatever reason, which ever reason, having a house is far better than buying a car except when the car is for commercial use which in turn brings money.
Anything other than this,in am not doing.
Lastly,I believe that people who own a home here would agree with me that wealth building starts with owning a home.
Let's own a home before buying a car 💯

Of course, everyone's situation is unique, and personal preferences and circumstances may vary. But generally, buying a house first can provide long-term financial benefits and stability.
Thanks for your review
To me, it's very very sad seeing a lot of people driving the best cars in town, but do not have a place to call their home, I also feel sad anytime I see people in this situation, I can't risk my fund on car bro, good luck friend.
Too bad, thanks for the good wishes
It's always very sad to see people going to buy a car then park it Infront of other people's house simply because they do not have a house of their own
It sounds so pathetic 💯

Well these are not comparable prices, I for example just bought a used car and so I had no problem getting enough for a house. But just check carefully what kind of car you buy. I recommend using the resource. This VIN check allows you to learn about the car's history, including information about previous owners, any accidents, and potential title issues. It's essential to have all the facts before purchasing a used vehicle to avoid any unpleasant surprises in the future. Checking the VIN can save you time, money, and hassle, so be sure to take advantage of this useful tool!
