Brushing of teeth is what I does twice a day, in the morning 30 min to 1hour before breakfast from and in the evening 1hour to 2hour before going to bed . Why I said In the morning 30 min to 1hour before breakfast is because this paste we are talking into our mouth contains chemical in it and if use immediately eat may cause helm to our immune system.

The are many varieties of toothpaste and it common that we cannot have all as favorite. Favorite toothpaste is sample say the toothpaste you like so much. My favorite toothpaste is CLOSE UP. And it my favorite because since my childhood I was brought up with it and using other ones sometimes does not really bring out the freshness in it. CLOSE UP is an anti-bacterial zinc, long lasting freshness.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF YOURS FAVORITE TOOTHPASTE?
