What are the advantages of online shopping compared to in-store shopping?

Online and of shopping will definitely have it's merits and it's demerits. Here they are.

1. If you are shopping online you will have the absolute convenience.

2. Online shopping makes your shopping experience to be less comprehensive in terms of crowds in offline shopping.

3. Shopping online exposes you to the latest version of goods and makes you aware of the ever increasing style of things.

4. If you shop online the goods will surely be delivered to you at your door step

5. They is always a guarantee by the genuine online site that your ordered goods must surely get you safety and untouched.

Advantages of offline shopping

1. Offline shopping offers a face to face experience where the buyer and seller can communicate briefly on the price of a particular product.

2. Many products are less expensive in Offline shops that online when you know the exert shops to but from.

3. When shopping offline you will have the chance to make physical contact with product you wish to buy and also makes the shopping experience more realistic and convincing to you the buyer.

4. When shopping offline you won't have to wait for the delivery of your ordered products rather you will buy them your self and take home. This will keep you at peace that your products are safe and in good hands.

5. You hardly get cheated while shopping offline because there will be a lot of stores and also for the store owner to avoid the store from getting closed he will tag each product with the appropriate price.

How do returns and exchanges differ between online and in-store purchases?

Here are the way in which returns differ between online and in-store purchases.

1. In online shopping in other to make a return you will need to contact the agency and let them know why you need a return. While the in-store purchases will require you to meet the retailer again and explain your reasons for the returns before any further stuff.

2. Going to the store your self will keep at peace and assured that you will get a return. But in online shopping you will not have the required guarantee that you can get a return.

3. Returns can go freely in the case of in-store purchases because of the face to face communication while in online and you hardly convince the agency about the returns because of the lack of physical appearance.

Differences between online and in-store purchases in terms of exchanges.

1. While going to return a product for another one you will have to sign of the goods that it's doesn't belong to you any more in the case of online shop but in-store purchases will just require you just changed the product without any stress.

In what ways does in-store shopping provide a different experience compared to online shopping?

While shopping in-store shopping are based on real things where you can easily make a choice out of the various alternative. But online shopping are you on goods and services that are advertised.

The in-store shopping provides the costumers with the private time they need to shop in peace and make their choice wisely without being disturbed but the online shopping will be based on the goods you wish to buy you will not get to know about the good quality and the trending ones and also you will not feel as a costumer because it's through your smartphone or laptop you will get the costumer service you desire and also you will just chose due to lack of listed items.

While shopping in at the store you will have the privilege of seeing the goods you want to purchase in other to be fully convinced that the goods are original and fit for you.

Which shopping method do you prefer and why?

The shopping method I would prefer after considering their advantages, disadvantages, costumer service, happy etc. Is in-store purchases or Offline shopping.

The reasons I prefer this method of shopping is because.

• you can easily get discount during the course of purchasing a particular product.

• you can get the proper costumer service you require and also get advised by the retailer about the longer lasting products.

• shopping in-store can be about harmony between family and friends.

• lastly I like offline shopping because it's data free except for the transportation fee I can't use my data and later pay for the delivery.
