Greetings, wonderful individuals. First and foremost, I would want to express my gratitude to @sahmie for providing such lovely topic. This time, I'm really excited to get back into the debate field. Today, we'll talk about the age-old contrast between Talent and hard work. In my view, the most important thing is not natural ability but rather consistent hard effort if you want to achieve success. There are many instances throughout history that show that natural skill isn't always more significant than perseverance and hard effort.
Hard work

Hard work means sticking with your goals no matter what and putting in constant, strong effort. It requires mental and physical strength, as well as a strong desire to keep getting better. Passion and excitement drive hard work, pushing people to get past problems and accomplish amazing things through consistent effort and unwavering determination.

A person's talent lies in their inherent ability or skill, which they hold independently of any kind of training or instruction. In other words, it gives people a leg up in their chosen fields and makes them naturally good at what they do. A great way to make yourself and other people happy is to be admired and motivated by your skills. People who are great have both ability and hard work. It's what makes some people do amazing things and leave a mark on the world that will last forever.

Without a question, I strongly think that sincerely working hard is more significant than naturally having good skills for success in life. If you're talented, that can help you, but what really pushes people to meet their goals and go above and beyond what others expect is their unwavering dedication to being the best.

Okay, let me explain why I think that hard work is more important than Talent for success in life:

🔹A Leveler of Opportunities: No matter how talented someone is naturally; they can be successful if they are willing to put in the work. This way of thinking fits with your belief in fairness and equality, which means that people should be paid based on how hard they work instead of their natural skills.

🔹Making progress in your personal life: I believe that putting in the work is the key to success in life. There's a saying that goes, "Whatever lasts won't come easy." Hard work and drive can help anyone reach their full potential, no matter how skilled they are naturally. Improving our abilities and developing admirable attributes like perseverance, self-control, and resolve are both achieved via persistently testing and exceeding our own limitations.

🔹Sustainability in the Long Run: In the long run, I think that success that comes from working hard is more stable. At first, talent may help, but what really matters for long-term success is consistent hard work. Hard workers develop a strong work ethic and a drive to keep getting better. This keeps them competitive and able to handle new situations.

🔹Resilience in Hard Times: I think that working hard makes you stronger and more resilient, which are important traits for dealing with life's problems. People who want to be successful will always face failures and failure, but they can get past these problems by sticking with it and being determined. People build the strength to get back up stronger than they were before when they see failure as a chance to learn and refuse to give up.

🔹Empowerment and achieving your goals: In the end, I believe that working hard makes you feel more powerful and satisfied with your life. When someone knows they worked hard and were determined to succeed, they feel a deep sense of joy. People can take charge of their own lives, follow their hobbies, and reach their goals by working hard. This may perhaps lead to a more gratifying and meaningful living.

In essence, I firmly feel that exerting diligent effort is the essential factor in achieving success in life. In addition to fostering personal growth and advancement, it fosters fairness in access to opportunities, guarantees long-term viability, enhances endurance, and enables people to fully follow their interest.

I would like to invite my friends @mhizta, @tripal-a, and @jovita30 to participate in this contest.

Yes dear, I joined you to support the motion that hardwork beats talent with thick advantage. Without hardwork talent is worth nothing when taking of achieving success. Talent is just a head start without hardwork it will remain dump. But one can still succeed without being talent, rather he or she learn the skill necessary. Best luck dear @aspiya.
