I brush my teeth twice in a day. One time when I wakeup . Doing brush in the morning freshes you up and help you to become active for the rest of the day. And one time before going to bed . It removes the food particles that remain present in your mouth. It gives your teeth a fresh start and reduce the risk of decay. While brushing your teeth keep some points in your mind. You should use soft tooth brush. You should also brush your tongue to remove bacteria. Brush for at least 2_3 minutes to proper clean your teeth.
