I feel at home. One of the five basic human needs is housing. A car is a luxury item with a need, but a house is an essential item in our lives, and if there is no roof over the head to stay, what will happen to the car? Because a house is a daily necessity for people, if it falls between a car and a daily necessity for people, then it is. Even if there is no house, people are coming to meet the lack of it in some way, but if there is no house, it is said that people do not have the existence to support their heads. There is a saying in the village: Soil becomes Khati, gold becomes half, cloth is bought," so buying soil or a house is a wise thing to do.
Especially for those who want to put down roots in a particular area.When you know you will be staying in a city for a long time, buying a property is a good idea to give yourself a sense of belonging and permanence. In addition, home prices often increase over time. Owning a home means increasing your wealth over time. Delaying your home purchase will require a larger investment (in addition to paying rent for an extended period of time).
