Hello friends, today's debate is about talent vs hard work. Thank you dear @sahmie for organizing a debate on such a great topic. This debate is a series hosted by @sahmie. Today is my first participation in this 21st week. After discussing the two issues separately, I will explain why hard work is more important than talent. I am @rahulkazi @daprado1999 @memamun for participating in this awesome travel contest You are invited.
A person's extraordinary creative power, unique intellectual qualities are special talents. Talent is born and naturally able to translate it into reality. A man's presence is intelligence and the ability to convince others or hold others with his own intelligence is considered talent. Science can't explain talent now. No matter what the miracle, passion, desire and motivation of talent is, talent without effort has no value at all. Because talent lies dormant inside people. It manifests through hard work or Sadhana.
Hard work is the key to success. Hard workers are never disappointed. My sir used to say that the lucky or the talented sometimes get disappointed but the hardworking never get disappointed or broke because everything is achieved through hard work. Hard work is the key to making fortunes change in ways that would seem miraculous to the unhardened. If a person stays true to his goals and works accordingly, one day he can reach the highest peak of success. I have read in the book that the more hardworking the nation is, the more advanced the nation is.
'Hard work brings wealth, brings happiness again'
I will always be on the side of hardwork people.
A farmer reaps the harvest with a smile as he plows in the sun, wet by the rain. Man himself is the master of his destiny. A person has talent but he is not diligent or a saint then his talent has no value. But an industrious man can make his own fortune through his hard work and effort. Allah says in the Holy Qur'an "Allah does not change the destiny of a nation until it changes its own destiny by its actions". So I am in the hard working group.
The industrious fear no work: To those who can toil fear no work. He sees success through his hard work and smiles with satisfaction.
Hard work keeps people healthy: A hard working person keeps himself in a certain routine and maintains physical health through his hard work.
Finally, we all know the story of the Hare and the Tortoise if I may argue my case by the first chapter of that story; If we compare the speed of the rabbit with talent and the speed of the tortoise with constant effort, then it is clear that talent does not mean that you will succeed without hard work. But if you do your work consistently you will succeed.

From your content, the reason why you choose hardwork is that, through hardwork, someone can achieve success. But doest that means talent doesn't lead to success?
I will give you an example, there's a particular lady who is talented in singing but her parents want her to do business, they sent her to business school, she graduated, but guess what, since it's not something she is talented to do, she couldn't concentrate, she later had to listen to her talent by starting a studio.
Any explanation for that.
Thanks for your valuable comments. I'm not saying that talent doesn't lead to success. Talent can sometimes frustrate a person if he doesn't nurture and cultivate that talent. The woman you mentioned was attracted to songs and she pursued songs. Did he give the studio only with talent or labor to give this studio? thank you
