Pakistan is located in a region of the world where all four seasons come with their full potential. If it is cold, there are fun and problems due to different climates in different regions, including extreme low or negative temperatures, snowfall, hail. After that, the gloomy season of autumn and after that the colors of spring bring new hopes and joys.

In which new flowers and leaves appear on the plants and trees, and happiness also fills the hearts of people. And then comes the summer season which, due to today's climate change conditions, starts in April and lasts until late September, during which the whole time is spent dealing with the heat.

I personally like the winter season very much and there are many reasons for this. One is that my nature is such that I hate heat very much. Winter season is a calm season with moisture in the air and winter evenings are the best evenings. My favorite fruits come in this season and I can make good dressing in this season.

While these seasons have their problems, they also have many benefits, including the ripening of crops, fruits and vegetables, favorable conditions for tourism, sports and other activities. The first advantage is that you get your favorite vegetables and fruits in the season, like green curry is my favorite among vegetables and we eat a lot in winters.

Saag made with millet flour bread and desi ghee will spice up your meal. Now there are many fruits, such as grapefruit and pomegranate, but my favorite fruit is oranges and local oranges of sargodha are famous around the world and are a gift of winter. In winter, the length of day and night time is also different due to the temperature change in the season.

In winter, the days are shorter and the nights are longer and we get more time to read and relax at night. That's why I love winter nights so much. In winter, due to the negative temperature, the mountain is covered with snow. It is a very lovely scene, so I enjoy sightseeing in winter. This is also an advantage of winter. Sunbathing in winter has many benefits. As much as diet plays a role in winter health, sunlight is just as important. Spending some time in the sun will give you many benefits.

while the seasons have many benefits, the severity of the weather also creates many problems. Nowadays, due to climate change, extreme conditions such as extreme conditions of fog and smog are often observed, in which business and life are suspended. When the weather increases in intensity, i.e. extreme cold, it also causes many health problems.

In children and elderly people who have a weak immune system, when the weather is more severe, many diseases such as nose and throat diseases arise. You also need a lot of warm clothes to protect yourself in the intensity of the weather, so you have to spend a lot of money on clothes, which is also a disadvantage of winter.
