Hello fellow steemit mates, trust you are all doing great. I love music so much because it’s a combination of a lot of things, from therapy to entertainment to motivation and several others. Over the years, I have enjoyed learning with cool pieces of music and that makes me learn faster. My favorite musical author is the popularly known Passenger. His Birth name is Mike Rosenberg. Over the past years, Mark Rosenberg has built for himself a large community of loyal followers and garnering accolades with his intimate and sweet folk-inflected sound. The lyrics of his music are reflecting and interesting to listen to. Rosenberg started performing at age 16. Rosenberg is a native of Brighton, who initially started Passenger as a band.

“The five-person band's debut and only album, Wicked Man's Rest, was released in 2007, on Chalkmark. Rosenberg wrote the majority of the album's tracks. The band broke up in 2009.” Passenger assumed a stage name Monika which comes from his role played as the main vocalist and a songwriter.

With the single "Let Her Go" from his 2012 album All the Little Lights, Rosenberg had his musical breakthrough after he had recorded a few albums in Australia.
His song topped the charts in many countries, ranking number one on the Billboard Adult Top 40 chart. . “Let Her Go” also earned Rosenberg a Brit Award nomination for British Single of the Year, and won the Ivor Novello Award for Most Performed Work. After this breakthrough, all we have had from Passenger has been remarkable and exceptional musical performances.

I am passionate about listening to Rosenberg aka Passenger and I love to hear him sing over and over again. Rosenberg has remained a constant presence on the folk and pop charts, issuing a handful of lyrical and cinematic albums, including 2014's Whispers, 2016's Young as the Morning Old as the Sea, 2018's Runaway and a recently released 2021’s ‘Songs For The Drunk And Broken Hearted’
