Photography Beautiful paper flowers (Zinnia elegans)
Good afternoon Steemit Network friends. How are you all? I hope you are well.
I haven't posted in this community for two weeks because I'm busy at work. And on this occasion I will post a photo of a paper flower that I took at my niece's house.
This flower is known as Zinnia elegans and its synonyms are Zinnia violacea and Crassina elegans.
I found this flower in a beautiful yard in the Lhokseumawe area. This flower thrives and almost all of them bloom among various other ornamental plants.

This flora has a flower diameter of up to 10 cm. The shape of the flower consists of a disk and petals where the disk is located in the middle with a yellow-orange or brownish purple color. Meanwhile, the petals are located on the disc, which are arranged in a spread out with the number ranging from 8-20 and the number can reach two to three times that of cultivar plants.
This flora is also able to grow in tropical and subtropical areas with a height of up to 1,800 cm. Generally this paper flower flower is often used as an ornamental plant in the yard of the house. They grow to plant heights varying from 30 cm to almost 100 cm. This paper flower has the potential to be used as a potted ornamental plant with a lush canopy and many flowers, but paper flower plants that have a height of up to one meter in my opinion are not suitable if planted in pots.
The cultivars of this Zinnia flower are quite numerous and varied such as Magellan, Envy double, star gold, Cristal white and others.
It turns out that in addition to the beautiful flowers, this paper flower is also efficacious as an herbal remedy for dysentery, ulcers or furunculosis.
