My favorite author is Humayun Ahmed.

The reason I like his books is:

In a word, his books are remarkable. In his books, he tries to highlight something extraordinary in public. For example: the best character Himu in his writing is extraordinary despite being very ordinary.And that's why his books are so fascinating to me.

Apart from being a writer, he is also known as a novelist, short story writer, playwright, lyricist, screenwriter and Bengali filmmaker.

He was born on 13 November 1948 in Netrokona, Mymensingh district of Bangladesh. His father was Shaheed Faizur Rahman Ahmed. He was a police officer by profession. And his mother Ayesha Fayez.

#Education:
Humayun Ahmed has got the opportunity to stay in different parts of the country at different times due to his father's work. So he got the opportunity to study in different schools of the country.He also started his education in 1955 from Kishori Mohan Pathshala in Sylhet. Then in 1963 he was admitted in the ninth class of the school in Bogra district. From this same school he passed SSC examination in Rajshahi Achieved second place on the Board of Education.

He then enrolled in Dhaka College and graduated from there. Later he was a professor in the Department of Chemistry at Dhaka University for a long time.

Personal life:

Gultekin, the first wife of Humayun Ahmed. He has spent almost the whole of his life with her. He later married his daughter Sheila's girlfriend Shawn in 2003 and divorced Gultekin the same year.

I really like all the books written by him. In the meantime, I am sharing with you some parts of a novel written by him about teenagers. I hope everyone will like it.

This book mentions the world of ants. Their world is much like the human world.The main character of this story is Pipli Begum. He is very young. At this young age, all the strange thoughts revolve in his head. He thinks of the people of the world.He remembers various questions about ants and human society. One day the queen of ants called him to the royal court. The queen of ants herself wants to know all her problems and worries from her.He opened his heart to the queen without hesitation.

The use of ants as a metaphor is a reflection of human society. Here are the mistakes of human society, oppression, injustice,Writer Humayun Ahmed has highlighted the oppression in a very general way. All the irregularities of the society have been highlighted.

Some notable books written by Humayun Ahmed:

His first published novel was Happy Hell which was first published in 1972.
His other acclaimed paintings include Shravan Megher Din, Shyamal Chaya, Dui Duari, Cinnamon Island etc.
He received the Bangla Academy Literary Award in 1981 for his outstanding contribution to Bengali literature. He has also won 8 awards, including the National Film Award.

Among the novels written by him, Mayurakshi, Nishi Kavya, Devi, Nripati, Chhayasangi, Amanush etc. are notable.

Death:

He died of colon cancer on July 19, 2012 in a New York hospital. He was buried at Nuhash Palli in Gazipur.

He is the most popular writer in Bangladesh. He has written more than 300 books. The specialty of his books is that the books are written about ordinary people. He tells the stories of human life in a very fluent language. So even if he leaves the Maya of this world, his heart will be alive forever.
