Today I participate in cooking food contest. Today I share with you How to cook the kaski fish with potato curry. I hope you all like it.

Ingredients

• Kaski fish
• Potato
• Tomato
• Onion
• Green pepper
• Salt
• Turmeric powder
• Chilli powder
• Garlic paste
• Coriander leaves
• Soybean oil

Here's all spices

Step 1

• First you have to cut and wash the potatoes. The kaski fishes should be washed well.

Step 2

• In a pan, take the same amount of oil and add green chillies and raw onions.

Step 3

• Then add all kinds of spices, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and garlic paste.

Step 4

• Then you have to add there with the fish. And have to move for a while.

Step 5

Then you have to add potato here. And then stir the potatoes well.

Step 6

• Then give some amount of water. And when the water is a little dry, you have to reduce the fire in the stove.

Final step

• Then add tomatoes and coriander leaves. And must be removed from the oven.
