There are so many Singers and musicians within Africa and the world at large and among all these artists, my favorite of all time is Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu professionally known as Burna Boy. He is 29 years old and was born on July 2, 1991, in Port Harcourt in Nigeria. He is the son of Bose Ogulu and Samuel Ogulu and the elder brother of Nigerian musician, songstress, and philanthropist Jevoha Nissi Ogulu.
He schooled in both Nigeria and in Sussex; He attended high in Nigeria and University in Sussex though he dropped out after two years and returned back to Nigeria.

He began making music at just 10 years old. so you can say, He is a musician right from birth. He would create his own beats on his computer that his mum bought for him. He had the support of his father with respect to his dancehall and reggae music whereas his grandfather supported him in his afrobeat music.

His music career sprouted between 2012 and 2015 with his debut studio album L.I.F.E (Leaving an Impact for Eternity) was released on 12 August 2013, serving as the follow-up to his second mixtape Burn Identity in 2011.
The release of the first album Burna Boy made was preceded by five singles namely; "Run My Race, "Tonight", "Always Love You", and "Yawa Dey".
With production by Leriq, Burna created music that featured other great artists like wizkid, 2face, M.I, and Timaya.

In 2015, he parted ways with Leriq, and in November 2015, he released his second album On a spaceship which received even more recognition than the first.

At the 2019 BET Awards, he won the best international Act. To top it all, he was labeled as Apple Music Up Next artist during that month. His fourth album African Giants won Album of the Year at 2019 All Africa Music Awards and was nominated for Best World Music Album at the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards though he didn't win.
In 2020 VGMA, things got even more interesting, he won Africa artist of the year and he was nominated again for Best World Music Album with his Twice as Tall album at the Grammys. He won it in 2021.

Within 7 years, he has produced 104 and counting, he is indeed an African Giant and an inspiration to many young artists and even people outside the music industry like myself. He teaches me to live my dream and I enjoy every single song.

Among all his songs, my favorites are Ye, anybody, and On the low. The best among the three according to my preference is "Ye". I can literally play and sing all day without getting tired. And his lyrics get to the core of my being. I can relate to almost all his lyrics, unlike other artists.
My dream is to get to meet him in person. I don't know if it is ever possible but everyone deserves to dream right?

To me, undoubtedly, my Burna Boy is the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time).

Thank you very much @steemit-network for this great contest.
