Green Pods, Tomato and Egg Salad!
Friends greetings, we started the week with another refreshing salad for everyone. We like this salad a lot at home and we tend to eat it frequently, ideal for all occasions, with easy-to-get and very cheap ingredients, very practical to prepare, I recommend them. Bon Appetit!.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1,10 lbs green beans, 2 small ripe tomatoes, 1 onion, 2 small potatoes, 2 cooked eggs, salt, pepper, turmeric powder, oil, vinegar.
PREPARATION:
- In a pot with water, place a tablespoon of salt and boil the green beans, potatoes and eggs for 15 minutes.
- In a cup cut into squares, and put the green beans, eggs and potatoes.
- We cut the tomatoes into squares, and the onion and add to the cup.
- Season with pepper, salt and turmeric and add a splash of oil and another of vinegar.
