Ich hatte gerade einen Termin bei einem Arzt in Merzig /Saar und der war auch schnell vorbei und ich bin noch eine Runde spazieren. Es war auch ganz schönes Wetter und die Sonne ist auch zwischendurch heraus gekommen.

• I just had an appointment with a doctor in Merzig /Saar and it was quickly over and I went for a walk. It was also quite nice weather and the sun came out in between.

Erst bin ich durch den merziger Stadtpark gelaufen und an der Stadthalle vorbei. Und dann bin ich noch ein bisschen an der Saar vorbei.

• First I walked through the merziger Stadtpark and past the Stadthalle. And then I walked a bit past the Saar.

Der merziger Stadtpark wird seit ca 1 Jahr neu gemacht und ist auch schon zum größten Teil fertig.
Rin paar schöne Bäume aus dem Park.

• The merziger Stadtpark has been rebuilt for about 1 year and is already mostly finished.
  Rin some nice trees from the park.

Die schöne Saline ist noch nicht fertig gestellt, sie ist aber auch wieder im Bau.

• The beautiful saltworks is not yet finished, but it is under construction again.

Unter anderem sind mehrere Geräte zum Sport oder Fitness machen von der Stadt aufgestellt worden.

Diese Fitness Geräte haben bestimmt eine Menge Geld gekostet... Leider sehe ich nie jemanden darauf.
Na hoffentlich sind Leute darauf wenn ich nicht dran vorbei gehe.
Ansonsten wäre das sehr schade.

• Those exercise machines must have cost a lot of money... Unfortunately, I never see anybody on them.
  Well, hopefully there'll be people on them when I don't walk by.
  Otherwise it would be a pity.

Es wurde auch ein großer Spielplatz für Kinder gebaut, das finde ich super. Da ist auch für jedes Kind in jedem Alter was dabei.
Und der Spielplatz ist echt schön finde ich und auch recht groß.

Verschiedene Schaukeln, Wippen und Rutschen auf den nächsten Fotos.

• They also built a big playground for children, which I think is great. There is also something for every child at every age.
  And the playground is really nice and also quite big.

Die Rutsche ist gesponsert von der Firma Merziger. Die Firma stellt hauptsächlich Apfelsaft und Viez und verschiedene Säfte her.

Dann kommen auf dem Spielplatz noch verschiedene Klettergerüste aus Holz Balken oder dicken Seilen zum klettern für die Kinder. Und so ein dreh Dings worauf einem total schwindlig wird steht da noch rum... Das ist mal so gar nix für mich... Warum muß ich auch alles ausprobieren 🤔 wie gut das ich noch nichts gegessen habe 🤪

• Then there are various climbing frames made of wooden beams or thick ropes for the children to climb on the playground. And one of those things that makes you totally dizzy is still there... That's not for me at all... Why do I have to try everything how good that I have not eaten anything yet

Und dann kommen noch echt tolle Wasser Spiele verschiedenster Art für unsere lieben Kinder.
Das wollte ich jetzt lieber nicht versuchen 😂...aber bestimmt beim nächsten Mal 🤔

• And then there are really great water games of various kinds for our dear children.
  I would rather not try that now ...but for sure next time

In der Stadthalle von Merzig / Saar sind verschiedene Konzerte, Theater oder wie aktuell auf der Tafel zu sehen verschiedene Fastnacht Veranstaltungen.
Ich war auch schon auf ein paar Konzerten in der Halle. Unter anderem habe ich die super Deutsch-Punk-Band MUFF POTTER dort gesehen.
Für das kleine Merzig ist die Halle groß genug.

• In the town hall of Merzig / Saar there are different concerts, theatres or as currently on the board different carnival events.
  I have also been to a few concerts in the hall. Among others I saw the super German-Punk-Band MUFF POTTER there.
  The hall is big enough for little Merzig.

Am Schluß meines Spaziergang bin ich noch ein bisschen an der Saar vorbei. Die Saar ist der große Fluss im Saarland.
Der Fluss hat auch ein wenig Hochwasser nach dem vielen Regen, aber es ist noch nicht ganz so schlimm.
Hier habe ich ein paar schöne Fotos für euch.

• At the end of my walk I pass the Saar river a little bit. The Saar is the big river in Saarland.
  The river also has a little bit of high water after all the rain, but it is not that bad yet.

Nach dem Spaziergang bin ich zum Bäcker und habe mir frische Brötchen gekauft weil ich jetzt Hunger habe. Ein Roggen- und ein Elsässer Brötchen.
Jetzt bin ich wieder zu Hause und es gibt erstmal ein leckeres Frühstück.

• After the walk I went to the baker and bought fresh rolls because I am hungry now. One rye and one Alsatian roll.
  Now I am back home and I have a delicious breakfast.

Nach dem Frühstück wird der Computer an gemacht und @holybread und @nextcolony und @splinterlands gespielt.
Da ich frei habe, habe ich heute viel Zeit.

• After breakfast the computer is turned on and @holybread and @nextcolony and @splinterlands are played.
  Since I have the day off, I have a lot of time today
