I realize that this post is 3 years old but I sincerely hope that you got out of Ionomy before the start of 2024. They are no longer processing anything nor responding to any support tickets

good job! A lot of people still have money trapped in there and I was looking at the exchange the other day and the limit buy/sells are clearly very old and unused by anyone, not that it would benefit anyone to trade anything because they can't transfer it out
