Steem Philippines Diary 3/21/2024 backhoe loader damage 🥺🥺

Good day to all of my fellow steemians out there all over the globe. Today is going to be a tough day yesterday i recieved a call while driving that our big Backhoe which is operated at the back of our company for a prospect of parking and washing area to all our vehicles the backhoe losses strength so i called my Mechanic to fix our backhoe and it looks like a big work to do. The back can't give enough strength due to fuel injection problem i thought that was the only problem but when the mechanic done overall check up the radiator also has a leaking so i ask him to fix it quickly so that our project won't be delayed too long.

Glad i had a trusted and fast mechanic that immediately working on it, it is a bit higher price since it is a big work to do my boss trusted me to fix this problem as soon as possible so i ask the mechanic to fix it also as long as he can. After romoving the radiator i need to bring them to the radiator specialist. It will take one-two days before the radiator specialist can fix it, while the radiator is on shop the mechqnic continues his job on checking lines of fuel and everything.

As part of my task i need to forst mechanic to work it hard fast and good quality i am not only head of the drivers i am also assigned by the CEO of the company to be responsible to all vehicles including payloader meaning all kinds of vehicle from smallest to biggest from motorbike to backhoe payloader, as an employee i wanted to deny those tasks because it is not fit enough to my salry that they gave. But my rules was never say never as long as i can manage the job and one thing of it my Boss (CEO) trust me on this part so i need to do my job as an employee.
