Hello there beautiful and talented members of this great community, I am excited to participate in this contest. My story is about an imagination of which I brought art a piece of art. I used the infinite painter app to make this digital painting through my mobile phone. I'll put in the stages I took from start to finish. After that I tell a little story that relates to my painting. I hope you all enjoy.

Little Mermaid girl

Long ago mermaids lived happily with mortals, they would always save any ship that tries to sink and save any mortal trying to drown. Mermaids even started falling in love with mortals and started having children. Whenever a child conceived by a mermaid and a mortal, the child would be fully human until he/she turns 18 before they can possess their mermaid powers.
Mortals could not consume the fishes of the sea because the mermaids saw these sea creatures as their brothers and sisters. So they made a declaration with the mortals that they would go at war should any mortal consume any sea food.

Years came and passed until when famine struck little Helmina, a town of hardworking mortals who leaves peacefully with their mermaid neighbors on an island very distant from the rest of the world. Hunger and starvation was brought upon the land. For they could no longer handle this curse. So queen Helmine VI leader of Helmina made a decision to survive her people. This decision was the only way of which they could survive but it could bring about disaster in their land.

Her decision was to start consuming sea food which was a great idea but their half man half fish neighbors could not handle this. This brought war to the the land. For the sea creatures sunk all the boats belonging to the Landers. The Landers make great weapons which they used to kill the sea creatures and made food for their people. This war made the sea men relocate to another part of the water which had not Landers to start afresh.

Years came and passed until prince Helman, a young prince from Helmina was drowning and was saved by a little mermaid girl called Dora. The two souls became lovers. When news got to queen Helmina VI, she didn't believe it until she caught the two together. When Dora noticed, she ran away but the queen and her bodyguards spotted her beautiful tail. She, because of her son made a declaration that no mermaids and mortals unite again. This was how peace was brought back between the mermaids and mortals and peace was brought back again. The end.
