There are a lot of animals in the world,but as we humans,we all have our favorite animals among all the animals. But to me, the animals I will want to rear one day is cattle. Cattle are the animals which I believe most people want to rear.

Management Practices for cattle.

You always have to make sure that they get good drinking water to stay alive and healthy. As they say water is life,every living thing(animals, plants and humans being) needs water for survival, and without water no living thing can exist. And in my place we have streams where cattle and other animals drink water from,so sometimes even dry season animals owner don't have worries for water but only the feed.

Regarding to the feeding of the cattle,there are forest which animals care takers sent their animals to feed. When you are having a huge number here,you can't tire them one place while get their feed. Life is hard,so animals owner always make sure they get the fulanis to take care of the animals.

When it comes to disease control, you have to make sure you separate the sick animals from the healthy ones to prevent the spread of the disease. You can get different place where you keep the sick away from the healthy one until they get full recovery. We have vetinary worker whom you should always contact for regular check up to the animals.

Vetinary/vetinarian is someone who give treatment to animals. Thicks are also part parasites that disturb cattle a lot. And to protect you cattle from them,you have to sprinkle ashes to the cattle.

Ringworm is also a disease that affect cattle a lot. Sometimes you just call a vetinary to come to check them up regular.

Some Of The challenges are likely face on the cattle.

During dry season, feeding of the cattle is always difficult. Since there is no more rain, definitely the lands will dry up and grass too.

During the dry season,some streams also dry up, which makes it difficult for the animals to have access to good drinking water.

Sometimes,high cost of the vetinary is also a problem. If you don't have enough money to commence treatment for your animals, definitely the animals will suffer and some may even die.

Hygienic conditions is very important and it's also a problem. Sometimes,where to dispose waste of the animals in town is also a problem. And you have to always keep them clean that will also reduce the risk of contracting disease among them.

Sometimes,lack of knowledge about tearing of animals can also cause effects of how to manage the animals.
