Greetings to the @steemfarm-market community hope everyone in here is just doing perfectly fine.

Will be talking on the best vegetables around and the natural ways of cultivating it. Before talking on this agricultural topic we first have to understand what it mean by vegetables.

Vegetables are a class of food that is rich for the body and hence improving immunity in once system.

The types of vegetables are;

  • leafy vegetables e.g huckleberry
  • stermy vegetables e.g
  • rooty vegetables, e.g carrots
  • fruity vegetables, e.g okru, pepper

Above all the methods, I will be talking on the cultivation of a leafy vegetables in a cultural way so as to improve abondant yield such as Huckleberry.

I will be exsplainning in a point form method to ease the easily understanding of the steps taken to cultivate it and the cultural practice to improve it's abondant yield.

  • A pice of land is cleared, tilled, with respect to the seed needed to be nursed.
  • after tilling and forming furos, the seeds are spread and manured with either caw dung or goat defecates, and other things not burning the land before tilling.
  • It is allowed for 2-3 weeks to germinate.
  • If during the germination pest and other deaseas affects it, sprinkle natural wood ash all over it.
  • After treatment another place is tilled, furos made and transplanting takes place.

Transplanting here refers to the removal of crop's from where it was nursed or planted to another area where it can grow and yield abondantly or produce fruit required

  • After transplanting, had and frequent watering is required if in the dry season atlist it should be watered 3-times a day.
  • Equally it should be frequently manured with caw caw-dung, pig feases or fowl droplets this is applied for heathy growth, tast growth and abondant growth without any side affect compared to the use of fertilizers like urea which is not good food the health.
  • During the growth period, wood ash is added to it to avoid insects from eating and destroying the huckleberry or saw dust can be applied to store H2O (water) and reduced grass growth on the forus.
  • If it is in the dry season proper watering should take place from the source like streams or river's.

After follow all the steps you wait after few weeks like 3-4 weeks it can be havested depending on the level you want.

Huckleberry is important in many ways to the body and equally the community as a whole which is as stated.

  • It is a source of food it reduces farmine and hunger as if used as an acomplement with other food such as carbohydrate e.g corn fufu, rice plantain, cocoyams etc

  • It improves immunity as it plays a vital in
Digestion as it dietry fibre improving bowels movement in the alimentary canal.

  • It is a source of vitamin as it increases and protects humans from diseases such as Aneamia.

  • It is equally used to exspress culture like Northwest Region of Cameroon where they prepare fufu and jamajama (huckleberry) as their traditional dish.
