Morning 🌅
Every every morning, I get up at 4:30 a.m. My biological clock wakes me up that early even when I set an⌛ alarm. What's more unexpected? Getting up so early is something🌺 I enjoy doing. It gives you a lot more productive hours throughout the day.
I've observed and the first few hours after I wake up are the most productive. To live a successful life, you must develop a morning routine for yourself. Getting up early gives you more time to focus on your🌠 goals and confront the day with more energy, mindfulness, and strength.
Breakfast time . Having Haleem , Beef Pae and naan.
AfterNoon🔅
Afternoon time is round about 1pm.Do household chores. Cooked lunch for everyone. Taking nap for 1 or 2hour is most hygienic for health. Napping across the day decreases🌞 homeostatic sleep desire, making us feel more awake and enabling us to perform better. As a result, napping can aid in the following areas: reducing drowsiness, improving learning, assisting memory development, and regulating emotions.
Family time is also meant in weakend. We all gathered fun, eating and sharing life experiences.
Evening Time 🌚
Blessing for the End of the Day: May Allah open your eyes to the wonder of His great love for you.💕 May you feel, know, and believe that you are profoundly loved, abundantly cared for, and profoundly called all at once.
At the mean while , we day out for in healing fresh peaceful evening 🌙 air and eye catching beautiful views.
Taking a yammi dinner with family. Thanks To Allah who blessed us the whole beautiful day. Outing once a week is really important with family for mentally and physically healthiness. We have taken dinner in Rahat Restaurant Hygiene and affordable and fresh ⛲ open place for enjoying.
Night 😴
So its all from my side today. Hope so you will also like my diary today. Thanks for Allah once again who sprinkles blessings on us.before going to sleep do walk 👣 must for better sleep and functioning our digestive system well.
