Today I am sharing the recipe of zucchini. Its easy to cook and taste good.

Ingredients | Quantity |
---|---|
Zucchini | 500 gram |
Onion | 2 |
Tomato | 2 |
Green chiili | 3 to 4 |
Chilli | 1/2 teaspoon |
Salt | as required |
Turmeric | 3/4 teaspoon |
Cumin | 1/2 teaspoon |
Parsley | few leaves |
Oil | 2 tablespoon |
How to cook
- Tak a pan added oil. Chooped the onion and added onion to oil.
- Waited till color changed to golden. Added spices to it except parsley.
- Cook 4 to 5 minutes.
- Slices the zucchini after washing. And added in gravy. Covered it and lower the flame.
- After ten mint i checked it, its done. Added parsley and served it.
