Today I am sharing the recipe of zucchini. Its easy to cook and taste good.

IngredientsQuantity
Zucchini500 gram
Onion2
Tomato2
Green chiili3 to 4
Chilli1/2 teaspoon
Saltas required
Turmeric3/4 teaspoon
Cumin1/2 teaspoon
Parsleyfew leaves
Oil2 tablespoon

How to cook

  • Tak a pan added oil. Chooped the onion and added onion to oil.

  • Waited till color changed to golden. Added spices to it except parsley.

  • Cook 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Slices the zucchini after washing. And added in gravy. Covered it and lower the flame.
