Water combinations

A simple little thing I have been doing lately. I put my distilled water in with various combinations of crystals, fruits and herbs. We can programme water as it is made of molecules and can be charged so we take in that energy.

I made a rose quartz lemon and cucumber mix and then a shungite and rosemary. Rosemary is an amazing anti ageing herb and quite hard to get daily so i like to infuse my water with it :)
