Lookup "L.E.S.O." In the DLA, I really am sorry I can't remember the acronyms right now, anyway, you can write to them requesting they stop militarizing the police. This is the place where the PDs get all their military gear from and it is all surplus so it would be the branch that keeps on giving, unrecognized BILLIONS a year, lost.
So sorry for the late reaction @mitch94541... The militarization of the police is a big problem, as is the military industrial complex. L.E.S.O. you say? I'll look it up :-)
