MY STEEM GREETER APPLICATION
@steemitblog has kindly thought of a new initiative where new comers to steem will be welcomed warmly in love making them feel noticed, welcomed and belonged.
This is my application to be part of the steem greeters who will welcome the new comers immediately there are here.
My Experience On Steem
I have been on steem since 2018 making it about 2 years now. My journey at beginning wasn't so easy because I had to work my way up without buying in any steem. Since then I have been working to see that I become stable on the platform. That's why I want to be part of this initiative because I know first hand what it's like to be unnoticed on the platform. I almost quit but passion saw me through. I have made good friends as well since then and I will like to be a good friend to someone too (the new comers).
Language
I speak English language fluently. I also speak my local dialect which is Igbo Language fluently. I am from Nigeria and I see a number of Nigerians troop in here every now and then. I think my English fluency and my Dialect will help me connect easily with a number of people (the new comers).
Country
I am from Nigeria and my timezone is West African Standard Time. As I'm typing this, it's 10: 23am by my time.
COMMUNITIES
I am not very active in any communities currently. I think this is a good thing for me because it will give me so much time to focus on this role and effectively be at the service of the new comers and answering their questions promptly.
Why would I make great steem greeters?
I will make a great steem greeters because:
• I know exactly what it's like to feel alone and confused in a crowded place. That was my experience.
• Because I have the passion to do this. The passion to draw people closer and make them feel welcomed.
• Because I'm always available and online on steem due to the #stayathome situation.
Thanks for your time in considering my application. #steemgreeterapplication
