ELEMENTS OF MICRO TEACHING.

Pelberg in 1987, says there are five main elements of micro-teaching:-

• Teaching-Learning laboratory
• Safe practice group
• Microelement and teaching skills
• Feedback
• Modeling

The teacher-learning laboratory is seen as the students teacher's first experience on the field where he/she practice in stimulated situations before practicing and learning through real life situation.

Safe practice allows the student teacher to experiment, try out explore and can even fail without any penalty attached as in Tue usual conventional teaching practice.

The microelement and teaching skills allow the student teacher to learn through the mastery of component of the teaching task.

The feedback element refers to the communication of information about performance to the learner through this process the student teacher identifies its problems while teaching can now prepare for necessary corrections while preparing for reteaching of micro less. The feedback element is easily done using the necessary gadgets.
