Continuing with the search for treasures of seeds, grains and species, today I want to share with you one that has been part of the family, due to the properties it brings and the benefits it brings, flaxseed is a seed that comes from a bush called Flax, provides benefits when consuming it and can even prevent diseases related to cholesterol, it also helps the skin, because it allows blemishes and acne to disappear, in addition to keeping your skin healthy it also helps you stay younger.
In general here in my country it is used more than anything to help people with constipation to go to the bathroom, almost nobody knows the great benefits it brings to the intestinal flora
Although linseed oil exists here it is not available, only the seed is available, and in tablets only in pharmacies.
