Terrorists blew up a car in Kabul, Afghanistan, killing and injuring scores of people. According to news sources, 9 people were killed and 20 others were injured in the blast.

The Afghan army says terrorists are using explosive-laden vehicles on the western outskirts of Kabul to carry out sabotage. The Afghan Ministry of Health has also acknowledged the casualties in the blast.
