Buenas noches Maniacos a la velocidad de la comunidad #steemsports. Esta publicación es para darles a conocer los pronósticos de los participantes en el concurso ¿Conoces de Fórmula 1?, demuéstralo… en su tercera edición y propuesto por @esteban85 y @theatrorve

ACLARATORIA

Antes de mostrarle los pronósticos de quienes participan en esta edición quiero aprovechar para aclarar algunas situaciones que se dieron en la edición 2 de este concurso.

Llevo en la plataforma un poco más de un año y en ese tiempo me eh dedicado a tratar de hacer buenas publicaciones para tratar de solventar mi situación económica personal.

A los pocos meses de estar en la plataforma me uní a una comunidad dedicada al deporte rey, del cual soy un asiduo seguidor. Dentro de esa comunidad al poco tiempo de estar publicando sobre este deporte y participando en varios concursos decidí aplicar un concurso que realizábamos en la vida cotidiana un grupo de amigos.

Adapte el concurso a las condiciones de la comunidad y la plataforma y para el día de hoy ya van 19 ediciones con muy buena participación y resultados. Dentro de los participantes en ese concurso se encontraba @esteban85 quien con el paso del tiempo creo esta comunidad donde hacen vida muchos de los que están comenzando a participar en este concurso.

Luego de varias comunicaciones telefónicas se nos ocurrió la idea de crear este concurso como una forma de organizar un método entretenido y que cubriera las exigencias de quienes participan en la comunidad.

Con esta edición en curso ya son tres las que se han lanzado a la participación, tanto de los miembros de la comunidad como el resto de la gran familia #steemit.

Ahora bien, días después de que hiciera la publicación de los resultados de puntos de la edición 2 donde coloque los ganadores de dicha edición se dieron algunos reclamos por los mismo.

Esto llevo a que revisara dichos resultados y con ello descubriera que había cometido un grave error en cuanto a los cálculos y por consiguiente a la distribución de los premios.

Después de corregir dicha equivocación y tener los nuevos resultados hice una publicación donde aclaraba la situación donde explicaba la situación planteada en los reclamos y las correcciones hechas y los nuevos ganadores.

En esa publicación comente que no era necesario que quienes había recibido las trasferencias de STEEM lo devolviera, asumiendo yo, que ese había sido parte de mi error y que lo consideraba un precio por el mismo. A pesar de esto quienes recibieron dicha premiación equivocada tuvieron la buena fe de devolver los STEEM cuestión que les agradezco y que para mí muestra que son personas de ética.

Pasando los días seguían los reclamos por dos motivos:

En el primero se planteaba que todavía existía una equivocación en cuanto a los cálculos de los puntos de los participantes de la segunda edición de este concurso. De nuevo me vi obligado a revisar los cálculos, los cuales lo realizo a través de una hoja de cálculo de Excel y pude comprobar que dicho reclamo tenía fundamento y volví a obtener otros resultados.

Espero que esta vez no existan errores y quede todo así. Voy a esperar hasta el lunes 10 de mayo para hacer la transferencia de premio. Después de ello no hare más cambio en los puntos.

En esto punto quisiera que prestaran mucha atención a lo que escribiré en adelante. Lo que comentare no lo hare como modo de excusa. En realidad, no sé qué me paso o qué tipo de lapsus mental tuve mientras hacia los cálculos. La realidad es que volví a corregir mi error y mostrare de nuevo los resultados finales de la edición dos donde, como comenté en la publicación anterior, quienes recibieron premiación y no lo deberían, no están obligados a regresarla.

¿Por qué de corregir esta puntuación es importante? Considero que es justo que el premio se recibido por quien en verdad lo gano. No puede ser que por un error mío esto no suceda. Sé que esta situación genera malestar y desconfianza entre los participantes, pero es mi responsabilidad aclarar la situación y corregir mi error.

La otra consideración se basa en que paralelamente este concurso lleva una premiación de acumulado de puntos que otorgaran un premio luego de la realización de todas las ediciones de este concurso que cubrirá la mayoría de las carreras del campeonato mundial de Fórmula Uno, de allí que un cálculo real y sincero de los puntos es importante, tanto para mí como para los participantes.

El segundo planteamiento es un poco más delicado y es donde quiero hacer más énfasis. Entre los reclamos se planteaba la posibilidad de que algunos participantes editaran sus publicaciones cambiando sus pronósticos luego de la carrera y con ello hicieran reclamos de que yo me había equivocado en los cálculos de puntos.

Esta denuncia genero gran malestar tanto a nosotros como organizadores del concurso, en @esteban85 como administrador de la comunidad, yo como moderador de la misma y claro entre algunos participantes del concurso.

En conversaciones sostenidas con @esteban85 decidimos tomar algunas acciones con respecto a evitar en un futuro de este tipo de práctica tanto en el concurso como en otras actividades que se llevan a cabo en la comunidad.

La primera medida, que nos trae más trabajo a nosotros dentro de la comunidad, es que se vigilara más cada publicación y que de comprobar que este tipo de actos se realiza por parte de algún participante de la comunidad se sacara dicha persona tanto del concurso como de la comunidad ya que consideramos que violan y abusan de la confianza y del buen desarrollo de las actividades dentro de la comunidad.

En lo personal me parece muy bajo y de falta de ética que alguien haga este tipo de actividades o trampa para lograr obtener algún premio en cualquier concurso o actividad que se realiza en la plataforma. Quizás es que sea muy inocente o que confíe que los que hacemos vida diaria dentro de la plataforma tienen la capacidad de creación y la habilidad de participación sana dentro de la plataforma. Pero veo que no es así.

Si alguien cometió este tipo de acto en la edición 2 del concurso déjenme decirles que no se tomara acciones inmediatas contra ellos pero que si se estar monitoreando las participaciones, tanto en este concurso, como en el resto de las actividades dentro de la comunidad y de descubrí algún miembro cometiendo dicho acto de trampa será expulsado de la comunidad y notificado a quienes tienen la responsabilidad dentro de la plataforma.

Otro tema que quiero plantear es que una de las cosas que me llevo a crear este concurso, aparte de poder generar buenas curaciones y votos que significan una ganancia económica para mí, es que podamos pasar un buen momento compartiendo con los deportes a los cuales van dedicados las dos versiones de este concurso.

Me parece muy gratificante poder desarrollar un concurso donde el criterio para escoger al ganador no está basado en mis gustos o algún acondicionamiento que manipule los resultados a mi interés. Hay un planteamiento de opciones donde el participante escoge como participar y el resultado se basa en las conclusiones de los juegos que se plantea en los concursos.

Otra gratificación es poder hacer el trabajo para trata de que estos sean de agrado de todos. Un trabajo que va desde tomar los pronósticos de cada participante, transcribirlos en una hoja de cálculo para luego realizar la publicación correspondiente a los pronostico y luego la correspondiente a los ganadores. Un trabajo que me gusta hacer y en el cual me divierto.

Comento esto ya que como expresa anteriormente comento errores ya que soy humano, condición que no puedo cambiar. Lo más que puedo hacer es corregir el error o errores cometido por mí y tratar de no volverlos a cometer.

Este tipo de errores tiene un precio y no me refiero nada más a los STEEM que pude haber transferido con mi equivocación en cuanto a los ganadores, muchos devueltos por quienes los recibieron, sino también a la pérdida de credibilidad tanto de los participantes, así como de los encargados de curar estas publicaciones dentro de la plataforma.

Entre las dos versiones de este concurso ya van 22 ediciones realizadas de las cuales hay dos vigentes en este momento. Considero que quizás los errores cometidos en la edición dos de ¿Sabes de Formula1?, demuéstralo…, ponen el riego un trabajo que llevo tiempo realizando. Si ese es el precio, será el que pague.

Sin embargo, esto no creo que justifique algunos comentarios hecho por algunos participantes que se sienten molestos tanto por mi equivocación como por las supuestas trampas realizadas por algunos al editar las publicaciones de pronósticos de este concurso.

Sino le quitas los puntos a los que editaron…, Sino corriges esta situación…, Me salgo del concurso y hago que otros se vallan…, son algunas de las frases de algunos participantes que reclamaron hechos de manipulaciones de publicaciones antes mencionadas.

Ya se tomaron las medidas que se implementaran en la edición 3 y en futuras ediciones de cada versión de este concurso. Más de ahí no puedo hacer. Ahora bien, reconozco mis errores y mi exceso de confianza en cuanto a los participantes y que de ahora en adelante esa situación cambiara, pero por ningún motivo me someteré a chantaje o amenazas para que las cosas las haga de manera como los demás lo quieren.

Está claro que no quiero que nadie salga del concurso y menos que se pierda el interés en el mismo y más aún que pierda la credibilidad que tienen dichos concursos, pero tampoco quiero que mi creación sea manipulada por quienes no estén conforme.

¿Hay un error? Busco la manera de corregirlo. ¿Existe una infractor? Busco la manera de encontrarlo, demostrar su infracción y tomar las medidas necesarias para corregir la situación.

Sin embargo, ratifico, que no cederé a ningún tipo de presión para que tome medidas drásticas y menos si no puedo demostrar la falta. Con las acciones que tomaremos tanto @esteban858 y mi persona para evitar estas repeticiones de malas situaciones en el futuro pretendemos evitar esto.

A quienes están recién llegando al concurso lamento que tenga que leer esto y enterarse de lo que paso en la edición anterior, pero prefiero que sepan la situación por mí y que sepan mi postura con respecto a la misma y no por terceros.

Está claro que todos están invitados a participar en este concurso y en sus futuras ediciones ojalá que sigan en el mismo y que puedan disfrutarlos.

Es muy importante que estén pendiente de sus puntuaciones y para que les sea más fácil, quienes quieran pueden enviar su correo electrónico y así recibir la hoja de cálculos con los datos de cada edición y la participación de todos los pronosticadores.

Espero que la situación este bien explicada por mi parte y que ustedes tomen una decisión positiva con respecto a su participación en las diferentes ediciones de los concursos.

Good evening Maniacs at the speed of the #steemsports community. This post is to let you know the predictions of the participants in the contest ¿Conoceseses de Fórmula 1, demuéstralo... in its third edition and proposed by @esteban85 and @theatrorve.

ACLARATORY

Before showing you the predictions of those who participate in this edition I want to take the opportunity to clarify some situations that occurred in edition 2 of this contest.

I have been on the platform for a little over a year and in that time I have dedicated myself to try to make good publications to try to solve my personal economic situation.

A few months after being on the platform I joined a community dedicated to the king of sports, of which I am an assiduous follower. Within this community, after a short time of publishing about this sport and participating in several contests, I decided to apply a contest that a group of friends used to do in their daily life.

I adapted the contest to the conditions of the community and the platform and by today there are already 19 editions with very good participation and results. Among the participants in that contest was @esteban85 who with the passage of time created this community where many of those who are beginning to participate in this contest live.

After several telephone communications we came up with the idea of creating this contest as a way to organize an entertaining method that would meet the demands of those who participate in the community.

With this current edition there are already three that have been launched for participation, both members of the community and the rest of the great #steemit family.

However, days after I published the results of the points of the second edition where I posted the winners of that edition, there were some complaints about them.

This led me to review the results and with it I discovered that I had made a serious mistake in the calculations and therefore the distribution of the prizes.

After correcting the mistake and having the new results I made a publication where I clarified the situation where I explained the situation raised in the claims and the corrections made and the new winners.

In that publication I commented that it was not necessary for those who had received the STEEM transfers to return it, assuming that this had been part of my mistake and that I considered it a price for it. In spite of this, those who received the wrong award had the good faith to return the STEEM, which I thank them for and which to me shows that they are ethical people.

As the days went by, the complaints continued for two reasons:

In the first one it was stated that there was still a mistake regarding the calculation of the points of the participants of the second edition of this contest. Again I was forced to review the calculations, which I do through an Excel spreadsheet and I was able to verify that the claim was well-founded and again I obtained other results.

I hope that this time there are no mistakes and everything stays like this. I will wait until Monday, May 10th to make the prize transfer. After that I will not make any more changes in the points.

At this point I would like you to pay close attention to what I will write from now on. What I am going to say will not be an excuse. Actually, I don't know what happened to me or what kind of mental lapse I had while doing the calculations. The reality is that I corrected my mistake and I will show again the final results of edition two where, as I commented in the previous publication, those who received awards and should not have, are not obliged to return them.

Why correcting this score is important? I consider that it is fair that the award is received by the person who really won it. It cannot be that because of my mistake this does not happen. I know that this situation generates discomfort and distrust among the participants, but it is my responsibility to clarify the situation and correct my mistake.

The other consideration is based on the fact that in parallel this contest carries an accumulated points award that will grant a prize after the completion of all the editions of this contest that will cover most of the races of the Formula One World Championship, hence a real and sincere calculation of the points is important, both for me and for the participants.

The second approach is a bit more delicate and is where I want to put more emphasis. Among the complaints was the possibility that some participants edited their publications changing their predictions after the race and thus made claims that I had made a mistake in the calculation of points.

This complaint caused great discomfort to us as organizers of the contest, to @esteban85 as administrator of the community, to me as moderator of the same and of course among some participants of the contest.

In conversations with @esteban85 we decided to take some actions to avoid this kind of practice in the future, both in the contest and in other activities that take place in the community.

The first measure, which brings us more work to us within the community, is that each publication will be monitored more and that if it is proven that this type of acts are performed by a participant of the community, that person will be removed from the contest and from the community as we consider that they violate and abuse the trust and the good development of the activities within the community.

Personally I find it very low and unethical that someone does this kind of activities or cheating to get a prize in any contest or activity that takes place on the platform. Maybe it is that I am very naive or that I trust that those who make daily life within the platform have the ability to create and the ability to healthy participation within the platform. But I see that this is not the case.

If someone committed this type of act in edition 2 of the contest let me tell you that we will not take immediate action against them but we will be monitoring the participations, both in this contest and in the rest of the activities within the community and if I discover any member committing such act of cheating will be expelled from the community and notified to those who have the responsibility within the platform.

Another issue I want to raise is that one of the things that led me to create this contest, apart from being able to generate good cures and votes that mean an economic gain for me, is that we can have a good time sharing with the sports to which the two versions of this contest are dedicated.

I find it very gratifying to be able to develop a contest where the criteria to choose the winner is not based on my tastes or any conditioning that manipulates the results to my interest. There is an approach of options where the participant chooses how to participate and the result is based on the conclusions of the games that are raised in the contests.

Another gratification is to be able to do the work to try to make them to everyone's liking. A job that goes from taking the predictions of each participant, transcribing them into a spreadsheet and then making the publication corresponding to the predictions and then the corresponding to the winners. A job that I like to do and in which I have fun.

I say this because as I said before, I make mistakes because I am human, a condition that I cannot change. The most I can do is to correct the mistake or mistakes made by me and try not to make them again.

This kind of mistakes have a price and I am not only referring to the STEEM that I could have transferred with my mistake regarding the winners, many of them returned by those who received them, but also to the loss of credibility of both the participants and those in charge of curating these publications within the platform.

Between the two versions of this contest, there are already 22 editions of which two are currently in force. I think that perhaps the mistakes made in the second edition of Do you know Formula1, show it..., put at risk a work that I have been doing for a long time. If that is the price, it will be the price I will pay.

However, I don't think this justifies some comments made by some participants who are upset by both my mistake and the alleged cheating done by some when editing the prediction posts of this contest.

If you don't take the points away from those who edited..., I will leave the contest and make others leave..., are some of the phrases of some participants who claimed facts of manipulation of publications mentioned above.

Measures have already been taken and will be implemented in edition 3 and in future editions of each version of this contest. I can do no more than that. Now, I recognize my mistakes and my overconfidence regarding the participants and that from now on that situation will change, but for no reason I will submit to blackmail or threats to do things the way others want it.

It is clear that I do not want anyone to leave the contest and even less to lose interest in it and even more to lose the credibility that such contests have, but I do not want my creation to be manipulated by those who do not agree.

Is there a mistake? I look for a way to correct it. Is there an offender? I look for a way to find it, demonstrate its infraction and take the necessary steps to correct the situation.

However, I ratify, that I will not give in to any pressure to take drastic measures and even less if I cannot prove the infraction. With the actions that we will take both @esteban858 and myself to avoid these repetitions of bad situations in the future we intend to avoid this.

To those who are new to the contest I am sorry that you have to read this and learn about what happened in the previous edition, but I prefer that you know the situation from me and that you know my position regarding it and not by third parties.

It is clear that everyone is invited to participate in this contest and in its future editions I hope you will continue in the same and that you can enjoy them.

It is very important that you keep track of your scores and to make it easier for you, those who want to can send your email and thus receive the spreadsheet with the data of each edition and the participation of all the predictors.

I hope that the situation is well explained by me and that you make a positive decision regarding your participation in the different editions of the contests.
