I wasn't much of a baseball ⚾ fan when I came across this epic game, since here in Nigeria everyone is for football ⚽ or basketball 🏀 golf ⛳ and maybe athletics, any other ball is on its own.

This was no other series than the 2019 World Series between the Astros and Washington Nationals.

The game went the distance, with the visiting team winning all seven games postseason record (including MLB, the NBA and the NHL).

The Huston Astros had the home-field advantage for the series since they had a better regular-season record than the nations. The series was played in a 2–3–2 layout, where the Astros hosted Games 1, 2, 6, and 7 while the Nationals hosted Games 3, 4, and 5.

In Game 7, the Astros who was a home carried a 2-0 charge into the seventh inning. Zack Greinke was flying, and ace Gerrit Cole was ready in the pen.
The Nationals cut the lead in half when Anthony Rendon made a solo homer in the seventh before the veteran Howie Kendrick came through with the go-ahead run aboard.
