Saludos querida comunidad @steemsports Mi día comienza desde las 7:00 de la mañana con mucha energía y salud ya que después que realizo mi higiene personal me coloco mi ropa deportiva y hago una series de estiramiento siendo esto muy importante para nuestras vida, no importa la edad que tengas, lo importante es mantener tu cuerpo sano y saludable uno de mis estiramientos favorito el de piernas y brazos:

Ya que en el estiro las piernas, pies, rodillas y muslos, para la parte superior abdomen y brazos, siendo un entrenamiento muy completo, para el segundo realice una semi sentadillas donde realizo una serie de 5 por 15 segundos fortaleciendo mis muslos, piernas y brazos como pueden observar:

In the first one I stretch my legs, feet, knees and thighs, for the upper abdomen and arms, being a very complete workout, for the second one I perform a semi squat where I do a series of 5 for 15 seconds strengthening my thighs, legs and arms as you can see:

Luego que termino con mi estiramiento me ducho y me coloco mi ropa formal, como cumpleaños una tía me trajeron la torta para decorarla ya que hago unos deliciosos merengues, como no poseo mis materiales de repostería para la manga utilizo la bolsa de azúcar y con esa mismo hago la decoración de la torta, muy practico y original jejeje.

After I finish with my stretching I take a shower and put on my formal clothes, as an aunt brought me the cake to decorate it since I make some delicious meringues, as I don't have my baking materials for the sleeve I use the sugar bag and with that I make the decoration of the cake, very practical and original hehehe.

Logo de Beisbol

Para culminar mi día y el diario comienzo a dibujar mi logo para la comunidad @steembaseball apoyándolo con la iniciativa de un concurso donde hay que elaborar un logo como puede observan en el link ya que mi logo para la comunidad se basa en los colores rojo y azul ya que son los mas utilizados en el béisbol.

To culminate my day and the diary I start drawing my logo for the community @steembaseball supporting it with the initiative of a contest where you have to draw a logo as you can see in the link since my logo for the community is based on the colors red and blue as they are the most used in baseball.
