Hoy visite el club zumaque donde se encontraba el señor Javier tiene una familia formada por dos hijos que actualmente se encuentran fuera del país y vive con su esposa, es un trabajador de pdvsa ejerciendo el cargo de pcp que se encarga de vigilar y estar pendiente del club y se me ocurrió la idea de hablarle sobre la plataforma de @Steem donde le explique de que se basaba y lo que hacíamos el me dio su Bendición y me planteo que hablaría con sus hijos para que ellos se unieran ya que ellos poseen más tiempo y el solo tenia un dia libre y era para descansar y yo le dije que no había ningún problema que toda su familia será Bienvenida en la plataforma y en la comunidad.

Today I visited the Zumaque club where Mr. Javier has a family with two children who are currently out of the country and lives with his wife, He is a pdvsa worker who is in charge of monitoring and being aware of the club and I had the idea of talking to him about the @Steem platform where I explained to him what it was based on and what we were doing, he gave me his blessing and told me that he would talk to his children so that they could join since they have more time and he only had one day off and it was to rest and I told him that there was no problem that his whole family would be welcome on the platform and in the community.

Viven en Puerto Nuevo Lagunillas tienen más de seis años vendiendo agua potable en el campo tienen una hija de 18 años que actualmente estudia y un hijo que pertenece a la milicia y les hable sobre la plataforma donde ellos tambien podrian trabajar en esta plataforma que seria una ayuda para sus vidas y familiares.

They live in Puerto Nuevo Lagunillas and have been selling drinking water in the fields for more than six years. They have an 18 year old daughter who is currently studying and a son who belongs to the military and I spoke to them about the platform where they could also work on this platform that would be a help for their lives and families.

Luego de haber realizado mi promocion el dia de hoy fui al estadio a realizar mi rutina de entrenamiento y quiero compartir con ustedes dos ejercicios que más hago diariamente el primero es:

After I did my promotion today I went to the stadium to do my workout routine and I want to share with you two exercises that I do daily the first one is:

• Salto De Pies En Escaleras: con tan solo 20 minutos puedes realizarlo en varias sesiones ya que esto ayudará tus piernas y glúteos de una manera muy fácil y divertida si en tu casa posee escaleras tambien lo puedes hacer.

• Jumping Feet On Stairs: with only 20 minutes you can do it in several sessions as this will help your legs and buttocks in a very easy and fun way if your house has stairs you can also do it.

Para el segundo ejercicio realice una caminata por 15 minutos ya que es muy importante para la salud manteniendo tu corazón y cuerpo fuerte y sano lo recomiendo ya que lo pueden realizar todo tipo de personas y de cualquier edad.

For the second exercise, take a walk for 15 minutes as it is very important for your health, keeping your heart and body strong and healthy, I recommend it as it can be done by all types of people of any age.

Quisiera pertenecer en este club y por eso hoy decidí realizar mi encendido donde a través de mis capture les mostrare mi evidencia de lo que are.

Como pueden observar tengo medio steem y 1.902 SBD donde será la mitad 50% para el encendido y comprare mas steem para poder cambiarlos.

Decidí cambiar todos los SBD para cambiarlos en steemit y depositar la mitad.

Luego que le doy comprar los steem espero unos minutos mientras que procesan el cambio.

Como pueden observar cuanto steem tengo 25.093 procedere a realizar el encendido , seleccionando la opción donde dice Power up
