They are not giving him the credit he deserved. They expect him to win every match which is quite impossible in the EPL. He did great and sometimes not so great and he is learning too.
Key point - he is learning. Well, I guess because football has involved and is now more of the business and money, you can't have the Ferguson - Wenger era for coaches anymore - no time. Instant results is what is expected.
