1.How many meals a day should I eat?

2.What are the beneficial fats?
Olive oil, avocado and walnut oil are examples of good fats. These fats contain a type of fatty acid that promotes heart health and supports the immune system. A strong immune system promotes muscle growth. Saturated fat helps produce testosterone.

3.How important is pre-workout nutrition?
Eating before exercise is important for muscle growth. This prevents the muscle tissue from tearing. A complete meal with fluids should be taken before exercise. The ratio of protein to carbohydrates should be one to two in the meal that is eaten two hours before exercise.
