Who is taking over from Ralf Rangnick?

Source and news from the camp of Man United a how's clear that they will be appointing a new manager very soon or in the summer to replace the interim coach Ralf Rangnick.

Ralf Rangnick who was given the nod to take over the United job and ensure that things move on successfully after Ole may also be looking for a new job this coming summer.

His main purpose for coming to Old Trafford was to study and shape the team till the end of the season which is almost here. According to the new sources of information about the current manager will be assigned to be one of the advisors of the club's new manager who is not yet known.

His chances of continuing his work as the manager are very less and if you ask me he is not having that chance. His performance which is inconsistent and not encouraging keeps giving me hope that he will not be given the job opportunity. Having said that, there are a lot of names popping up to be the potential managers of the club after Ralf is no more. And below are a few of them.

Carlo Ancelotti

The formal Man United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has been the man behind the idea of the Los Blancos manager to be appointed as the next manager of the club. It is known that these two men have a very close relationship and I believe that is the reason why he is been pushed for the job.

For some reason which is best known to them, it is also believed that he is the best man for the job. A source confirms the information that he has even been already introduced to the new Man United CEO Richard and that has given him the upper hand.

Mauricio Pochettino

Throughout last season and the search for a manager for the club "Man United", Pochettino is the one whose name has been on top. It got to a point that I thought that he has been given the nod to even manage the club just to wake up and it was Ralf Rangnick.

Because of his strong links to the club, he is one of the potential candidates for the job opportunities available at the club. Also his work at the premier league side Tottenham Hotspur has given him the upper advantage over other managers because he has been seen doing in the same league.

Diego Simeone

One of the Spanish football giant leader Diego Simone has also been liked to the job at Old Trafford following the departure of Ole recently. This was because of a comment made by a past United captain Roy Keane.

According to the former United captain, he said United should go for him because he has got a lot of character and abilities that can take him to the top and push United where they want to go to.

Antonio Conte

Had it not been the delay in the sacking of Ole, I think Conte would have been the coach of Man United now as we speak.

The delay is what I think made Conte join Spurs later in the season, however, things are becoming tough for Antonio Conte and I believe he will not hesitate to leave them and join United after the historic defeat to Middlesbrough.
