Limitations_and_Challenges_Faced_by_Students_in_Different_Universities_Worldwide. (50% to campus connect)

Hey guys, I hope you guys are doing great. Today I will be talking about the major limitations and challenges face by many student around the world, and I will try as much as possible to make it brief because I don't want to bore you guys.

Oxford University dictionary define university as an institution of higher education, where subjects are studied and researched in depth and degree are offered. Student around the world face many challenges everyday due to one reason or another. To overcome this challenge is often difficult because some are beyond the power of the student.

Since we are looking at a worldwide situation, the challenges face by student is often different in various parts of the world. Let take Nigeria and United States of America (USA) for instance, students studying in USA will not be that border about infrastructure and security unlike students in Nigeria who face this problem. So for this reason my explanation will be in two sections. One section will focus on limitations and challenges in Africa, taking Nigeria as a case study and the other section we will talk about problems face by students in other part of the world and using USA as case study.

SECTION A
Here, we will discuss about the issues students face in Africa. African is a bless continent with many natural resource, but due to bad leader it is the world center of poverty, war and many human rights violation.

So it's no surprise that students in Africa will face many challenges and some are explain below:

1.Inadequate financing/poverty: This is a major challenges face by students in Africa. Most African parents find it very difficult to send their children to school and if they stive to send one of their child to school, the child will have to manage its resources thought out his years in the university.

2.Deteriorated/ Inadequate Infrastructure: Most universities in Africa is facing the issue of inadequate infrastructure and also lack of maintenance. It is hard for students to get a decent accommodation in school and off campus accommodation is usually expensive. Hostel and classroom/auditorium are way over crowded and poorly equipped.

3.Obsolete Education System: This reason limit the performance of students. Most universities aspirants don't usually get the course they applied. For example a university aspirant who apply for Nursing and meet all requirement to get the admission, but due to bad and corrupt system the student was given communication engineering which is a totally different from what they apply for. So the student have no choice but to study the given course which may affect his performance because they is no passion for that course.

4.Security: This has become the major problem Nigeria students are facing in recent years. With the emergence of bandits and kidnappers, no where is safe for Nigeria students. We also need to consider cultists because it also a major security issues at the university, they take advantage of lack of experience of new students to initiate them into they group.

SECTION B
In this section, we will talk about the challenges and limitation faced by students in the rest the world taking USA as a case study. Even though, most of these universities are well equipped and have a balance educational system, there are still challenges face by students and some are explain below:

1.School Dept: Most universities overseas are expensive I means really expensive. Due to the high standard of these universities, they charge a lot of money for school fee. The best way is to get a scholarship or take a student loan where you can school on credit and pay back the university after you get a job, I will like to see that incorporate into the Nigeria education system. Lol

2.Choosing a major/career: Due to almost endless options of what to study, they is always a pressure of selecting the best for you. Choosing the right major can determine your future career and probably how much money you will make (income). So for this reason students are confronted to choose a high demand major which is often not the best option for them.

3.Partying: This reason its self it not a problem. It is a great way for students to blow off steam. But most time, students are been introduce to hard drugs and alcohol which may led to deadly consequences. And peer pressure and the feeling to feel among makes it very hard to quit partying. Students may get addicted to drugs and won't be able to focus on his education.

CONCLUSION
Student around the world face many limitations and challenges everyday, but most of them have always have a way to come out of it strong. Remember any difficulty or problem won't last forever it just to test our endurance, the major thing is to stay focus and strong and the odd will be in our favour.
