Hello everyone, hope everyone is great. lately, I began to wonder what will be the fate of every student on campus if the strike persists?. Technically about 80% of the total number of students on campuses are sitting at home doing nothing, having a nonchalant attitude toward self-discipline and actualization. take a look at the recent happenings in the country such as Nigeria where all federal universities are on strike and as such many students are home doing nothing and waiting for the government to make a drastic move in resolving the issue, which with the look of things it is not happening soon due to the heavy funds the ASUU president is demanding from the government. now knowing that when two elephants are fighting the grasses suffers, here the students are the grasses and how do they suffer from this act is that the years they are ought to spend in the university increases and most especially affect students in a particular age range of 29-30 because at 30 one will not be allowed to go for service. let us not digress from the point of focus, now at this point every student need skills.

No one knows when the strike will be called off so I decided to enroll in a carpentry workshop to acquire carpentry skills. It is high time we know this let us all not rely just on school certificate, don't get me wrong we all know school is important but not all will succeed through it we can take many examples from great and successful icons all over the world who succeed with the help of their various skills. please it is high time we take advantage of every blessed day we get and improve with whatsoever we are doing provided that it is a skill be it that it may not pay you now but there is every tendency it will in the long run. Believe in yourself, your skill, and your ability and I tell you the sky will be your starting point do have a lovely day everyone.

Wow, it is really nice how you decided to learn something new. There aren't many students like you. I too don't even put all my faith in ASUU. So, I decided to take a Digital Marketing course online just to add to my skillset.
