Genital Infections

Infections occurs when a micro organism enters a person's body. It is an uncontrollable growth of harmful micro organisms in the human
body. I will be discussing the types of infections that affects the genitals. Infections in the genitals or private part can be really disturbing,
uncomfortable and painful for whoever has it. Both male and females can get infections. The following infections can get into the genitals
and cause havock if not taken care of:
YEAST INFECTION: Yeast infection is mostly common in women but the truth is that men can also get yeast infection.In men, yeast infection
can lead to balanitis which comes with symptoms like pain in the head of the penis, discharge from the penis,redness and itching of the penis
In women, yeast infection causes vaginal itchiness, discharge and redness of the vagina.Yeast infection occur in females when the PH of the
vagina is altered which leads to the overgrowth of bacteria in the vagina. For men, Yeast infection occurs because of having unprotected
sex with a partner who has yeast infection.
BACTERIAL VAGINOSIS: This is a treatable condition caused by the overgrowth of the bacteria naturally found in the vagina which upsets
the natural balance of the vagina. This is caused by having new or multiple sex partners. Having mutiple sex partners can upset the normal
balance of the vaginal bacteria.
SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTIONS: Having unprotected sex with a sexual partner increases the chances of getting sexually transmitted infections.
If you have sex with an infected partner, your chances of getting STI becomes very high. Such infections includes HIV/AIDS,syphilis,HPV,
genital herps and trichomoniasis, just to mention a few.
To avoid infections like this, it is always advised to use protection whenever you want to engage in sexual activities with anybody.

It is much more easier to avoid these infections than to spend alot of money treating or getting rid of them.

Also visit a doctor or medical practitioner if you notice any symptom of infection or any unusual feeeling in your genitals in order to
tackle it immediately and avoid any complains.
