good day one more friends it has been a long time how are you all doing I hope all are moving well I will like to discuss briefly on everything about rule of law this post will be so interesting and educating to the whole world and everyone at large, also I promise to keep post educative and interesting post which will help the world at large also i hope that I will be soon being a verified member in this community so soon
Meaning of Rule of Law
Rule of law is seen as a provision made by constitution with emphasis on supremacy of law equality before the law and the presence of inclusion of the principle of individual rights .it can also be defined as the supremacy of law over everybody in a political system. the law should be able to guide every individual and activities in state , according to professor A.v.dicey, the political leaders the are entrusted with the affairs of the state should be abide by the rule of law and govern the people according to the provision of the Constitution of that particular country
principle of rule of law
the following are the principles of rule of law as propounded by professor A. V. dicey
Equality of the law
this state that law should be apply equally to all citizens of a country irrespective of their economic or political status. nobody should be above the law also access to legal facilities should be granted to all
impartiallity in any way
this principle is view that the law should be impartial in dealing with offenders.thus means that no person should be punished for any offence until otherwise established by the court.any accussed person is still regards to as suspect by law
human fundamental right
every human being is entitled to a exercise of fundamental rights and freedom that when these rights band freedom,and that when these rights violated, citizens should have the rights to seek redress from the court
