Campus Connect Weekly Contest - Week 18 - Looking Back At 2021 - 60% payout to CampusConnect

Witnessing 2021 with a good health and complete family members was a divine blessing because of the deathly virus that claimed lives the previous year (2020). I was not much busy on January since I wasn’t lucky to have clients to work for. Well, it a norms that alway occurs since January is apparent to all as a month of finance challenges.

I had to opt into learning another drawing technique and preparing for my forthcoming entrance examination for Higher National Diploma at Federal Polytechnic, Nekede since my major goal was to resume school that year and improve in my art skills as well.

Last week of February, I saw a lovely photograph of Martin Beck Nworah, a famous influencer on his profile so I decided to challenge myself by drawing a photorealistic portrait of it. Luckily, the outcome was realistic than my expectations. I posted on my birthday. It was viral to an extent that he reposted it.

What a great opportunity as his post attracted lot of views and gave me clients as well.

On April, I was introduced to steemit by @davosimple. It remains and unforgettable day as I wasn’t introduced to a mere social media that rewards user but a place that will help me expand my writing skills and learn about crypto as well. My luck was beyond expectations when my introduction post was curate about $36.00 but it paid out $33.96 (7sbd payout) by steemcurator01 and received. This great luck automatically fueled my consistency immediately and remaining an active member was added to my list of goals for the year.

My received my admission letter on May due to the strike issue. It was a great joy so I payed my acceptance fee immediately.

There is an adage that says; it can never be greener all the time. I encountered a though financial issue. I couldn’t resume school. All hope diminish and I consoled myself that I will reapply again. Since he is a God of miracles, I was opportune to resume school. It wasn’t easy as examination timetable was released the same week I resumed lectures. Working hard to meet up with all assignments and tests that I missed wasn’t easy but grace found me.

My greatest victory is that I and my people witnessed the beginning and end of year with good health, I improved in my drawing skills, I was able to resume school and got to know about steemit as well. I had victories over several life challenges but the listed impacted my life a lot and thanks to God almighty for the divine grace.
