WHAT IS INSECURITY?
Insecurity in a simple definition can Actually be a state of danger or state of discomfort.

In Nigeria today, insecurity have been an issue been faced in all part of the country which has continued spreading widely without any thing done about it by the people responsible for the security of its citizens.
Insecurity has continuously spread down from town ,villages to the universities around Nigeria which I must say has been a heavy issue to students and people leaving around the premises which I believe if nothing is been done the whole system will be at a state of Dalema.

It was recorded few days ago,7 students who were returning to school got kidnapped on a broad daylight . This incidence happened exactly 3:59pm Nigeria time when this student of ABIA STATE UNIVERSITY UTURU were on their way back to school at that time some group of men suspected to be Fulani bandits who always terrorise that axis of the road along okigwe UTURU road , these set of criminals have been on that road for like a year now or more terrorising road users on that road which has been made know to the Government at the early stage so that security personnels will be deployed at that area .
After all the reports about the insecurity on that road to the government of ABIA state and imo state Nigeria who share boundaries on that road , nothing has been put in place to make sure the safety of students are guaranteed.
This action has not only affected road connecting to the school , this act of criminality has gradually entered the school premises were students feel unsafe , and in every unsafe environment we can't have a positive result on anything .

CAN THESE CRIMINAL ACT BE SOLVED?

Yes !! Every criminal act has its ways of control and eradicating it , if only the people incharge to do that are truthful and are ready to their duty .
Report has been be by students that security personnels incharge of securing the school and it's environs has turned its duty to a place of confusion were innocent students are been mal-treated for no reason by men on duty.
I believe the school management are aware of this act and should make sure things are been corrected so to bring a healthy security to the university and it's environs .
In conclusion I do advise all students of ABIA state university and all Nigerian students who have nothing doing in the school to vacate the school to their various homes for their own safety.
