THE CYCLE OF KNOWLEDGE IN OUR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM(MY VIEWS)

Hello Delighted Steemians! Welcome to my blog. Indeed we all know that cycle of knowledge in our educational system is not a cycles that has a ability to impact knowledge, mould, build, and guide individuals.

This are questions which ought to be answered. They are questions which stir up a need to look into our educational system.

They cycle of knowledge or they way in which knowledge is been impacted on individuals in our educational system is not encouraging. They individuals employed in other to impact knowledge, mould individuals and guide individuals no longer has the zeal or commitment to do so, they are being lazy with their jobs. This in turn affect the cycle of knowledge which is meant to be passed on from one person to the other, from one generation to the other. Most of our lectures and teachers are really geniuses, they are really good in their respective field of study, they posses so much knowledge about their respective course and has the experience which is required to mould, build and impact something worthwhile into an individual. Sadly, they are not willing to do so, the lack the zeal to impact knowledge. They refuse to pass out the knowledge which the have acquried. This really affect our educational system and value as the cycle of knowledge lack a right medium of distribution

I would confidently prove that out of the numerous institutions and bodies in Nigeria, only a few number of this bodies are scincerely committed and ready to impact knowledge, mould, build and guide individuals. This is caused by the non-chalant ways of this bodies and their staffs. This in turn affect our educational system as knowledge meant to be impacted, to mould and guide individuals are not being passed on.

I have come to a conclude with the fact that most of our teachers and lectures are really stingy with their knowledge. The prefer to keep their knowledge to themsleve instead to pass the it on as it should has been the main purpose of their service and call.

This is one major reason of the fall of our educational sector, Which as eaten deep into our educational sector.
