As universities began to admit new students into the system, it is of due protocol for us as the returning student to welcome them and guide them. As a newbies began to trip in, There's alot of questions to be asked and answered. Questions like where do I stay? How do I go about my registration? Amongst others. In this article, we'll be discussing on the advantages of a newbie staying in campus rather than staying off campus. Let's get to it.

As a newbie, staying in campus almost guarantees you security. Why? Because as a new newbie, you are new to the schools environment. You have no idea on how the environment works, the kind of people there, and the security status of that particular location. Staying off campus can make you vulnerable to alot of danger. while staying in campus, you know you're among your peers and under the protection of the schools security personnels.
STEADY SUPLY OF WATER AND ELECTRICITY

As a newbie, staying off campus can be very fustrating because of factors like lack of water and electricity supply. These two amenities are crucial for ones survival. Staying on campus provides you with the luxury of having stable water and electricity supply. Most universities have the capacity to produce thier own clean water and electricity for thier own domestic use. So this also a vital point on why newbies should stay in campus.

This varies with the location on which the university is situated. When you find your self In a school like Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, houses off campus are ridiculously expensive. Apart from that, most of the houses aren't in good condition so you still have to conduct some repairs. While staying in campus is very affordable and doesn't require any repair or whatsoever. Even if it does, the school management will be in charge of taking care of it.
CONCLUSION
