How to develop Leadership Skill ?

A leader is a person who has the ability to influence a group of people, motivating this team to do something, motivating you to achieve all your goals, activities and goals. And it's not an easy thing to do because there are so many types of people in a group. And everyone's perception, thoughts, behavior is different. And only a leader can bring all this into a thought or path. Everyone results in the leader's opinion.

Leadership is one's own ability, not someone's ability to donate. An office has a lot of staff but the leader has one because his thinking is different from everyone else's. He has the power to keep everyone connected. But many leaders have the idea that he will make everyone who works under him work like a servant. Such leaders at first have very low level staff and suddenly get the responsibility of leadership as a result of many big promotions. And they have the thought that I have been working for everyone for so long and now everyone will work according to my word. And there is a lot of trouble in this promotion. Many times many qualified people do not get promotion but many unqualified people get promotion and as a result many qualified workers have to leave their jobs.

A lot like revenge. But leadership is about uniting everyone by one's own power. There are some people who use the power of their position to get employees. But the bosses of this type of people are abusive but the employees are motivated to work with such leaders who create the motivation to work through their own qualities or behavior. To be a competent leader one must have the ability to motivate employees within oneself.

A leader who not only gives orders will also teach the process of working. He himself will work for more production of work. progressively advancing is an ever increasing, ever growing, ever expanding, ever improving. The quality of work will increase here.

Leaders will always work to improve these tasks with a community. A leader builds the ability to lead even among his employees. An incompetent leader only works to achieve his own goals. He does not value the goals of those shortcomings but a competent leader always gives equal importance to the goals of all. He tries to work with everyone by combining his own goals with the goals of others. Because when employees work just to achieve the boss's goals, they try to work only during office hours. But if they work to achieve their goals, then time is of the essence. Because if he can achieve his goal, he can get a bonus or any help or any gift that is given to him personally.
