LIFE CAN HAPPENS TO US BY CHANCE: THE DAY THAT CHANGED ME FOREVER

INTRO

Life does have a wonderful way of bringing the very best fortunes across our way. Some call it "luck"; others term it " the grace of the Heavenly Father"; for others, its mere coincidence, being at the right place and in such a unique moment in time when all the stars in the heavens align in your favor, willing and ready to shine upon you and that the very hour for your salvation has arrived, heralding you into the very next phase of your life.

Call it whatever you want, my time had came; that unique moment that opened the doors of my eyes and mind to a plethora of possibilities, like an avalanche of blessings rushing my way. It was in October, 2018, at about the time Ted, my journal, was born.

We journey sometimes into unknown roads

2+ YEARS AGO

I can't tell exactly why, but I felt this urge build up within me to go my father's bedroom, a large space with an LED flat screen TV at the upper left wall, a filing cabinet sitting a the the corner of the other room, a framed pictured of my parents hanging right above the king-sized Mahogany framed bed that sat lifelessly at the middle of the room, to get a couple of christian music tapes (my father built quite a vast christian musical collection as the years went by). I had always felt drawn to listen to them but had never gotten the time Now, after I had completed my examinations for application into university, I had all the time in the world to listen to them.

All it took was a CD to change my life

I went to where my father kept his tapes and selected a few to start with. Then the miraculous happened. Coming back to my room with a stack of discs, I lost composure just very slightly and the discs fell. To my advantage, each disc was covered in a case so none was damaged. Then I saw a disc in a small, conspicuous case, very different from the case belonging to the others. It's purple color and its unique make-up caught my attention instantaneously. Placed on it was an a picture of an Asian-looking man, calm faced, dark suit and sitting on what appeared to be rocky grounds which can make when presume almost accurately that the shot was taken in a mountainous area.

Picking up this object, I read the letters written on it. It said something like this, not exactly: "Do you want to attain financial freedom?" Also written were some things similar to the above statement.

This caught my interest and I decided to listen to the tape.

Exactly 15 minutes, 34 seconds later, I had heard words that would forever change the course of my life and put me on a fast track to a completely new destination. It was an epiphany; the words I had heard instantly became life and light to my young soul.

I played the tape over and over again.

The rest was history.

The man who altered the course of my destiny forever!

PRESENT DAY...

Fast forward exactly two years, nine months and a couple of days and here I am, having read over 70 books, 300 articles, listened to over 60 audiotapes and watched countless number of videos pertaining to personal development, finance, spirituality, investing, and the quest for "the good life". I have participated in a number of different ventures, spoken with countless persons and experienced the joy of learning daily to be ever better than yesterday.

Some of these books have revolutionized my perception of the world

From the fateful day when that audio disc fell off onto the cream-colored tiles of my room floor by mere chance and I had listened to the words of the speaker, my life has never been the same.

That very journey has brought me to you all, my esteemed listeners. I am yet very far from my destination.

Lo, my time has come.
